For one unlucky man in Montmélian in the Rhone Alps region of France, Saturday night saw him spend 9 hours with his head down a sewer. His luck changed when a passerby called the emergency services to his aid. The good luck didn’t last long though as police noticed that the unnamed man had been siphoning off waste oil from his vehicle into the sewer – a serious offence in France.
