If you are visiting the Cote d’Azur this summer then don’t miss out on a great new initiative which will save you money and give you loads of ideas for things to do.
The COTEDAZUR-CARD is a completely new idea not yet tried in any other part of France and we believe it genuinely puts the visitor first. You buy an electronic pass and it gives you access to all the best the Côte d’Azur has to offer – more than 115 attractions that range from outdoor pursuits, museums, artisan workshops, tastings, sporting, creative, maritime and mountain activities… and more. Just a quick glance at the list of events available reveals fabulous and fun things to try like canoeing, kayaking or snorkeling in lovely Frejus. Or how about a wine tasting in a vineyard or a mosaic workshop, and there are guided tours galore including a segway tour of a medieval village…
You can use the card in more than 30 towns including Cannes, Nice, Vence, Antibes, Menton, Juan Les Pins and Monaco and the card is valid for activities from the coast of the Riviera to the peaks of the Mercantour Mountains. You’ll also get exclusive advantages, discounts and gifts.
The idea is that visitors will be encouraged to try new things that they might not if they had to pay for all the attractions separately so everyone benefits from this. You can search on the COTEDAZUR-CARD website by theme or town and in several different languages.
You can buy it online, at tourist offices in the area, hotels, campsites and tabacs. There is a 3 day option or a 6 day option available costing €21 to €54 – an excellent price when you think just how many activities you’ll have access to. If you’re a family then you only pay for 2 adult and 2 child passes and more children go free.
You can check out what activities there are here on the COTEDAZUR-CARD website.
